1. Disclaimer: Cloud-Based Mining & Virtual Currency

DeepMint is a cloud-based mining simulation application. It is explicitly clarified that the mining process is simulated on the cloud and does not utilize the hardware resources (CPU/GPU) of the user's device for cryptocurrency mining. Furthermore, the virtual tokens/coins ("DM") generated or rewarded within this App hold no real-world market value and cannot be traded on any real-world cryptocurrency exchange. They are strictly for in-app entertainment and reward purposes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App. We may collect the following:

• Personal Details: Email Address, Mobile Number, and Unique User ID (UID).

To provide specific features of the App, we may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including:

• Camera Permission: Required strictly for scanning QR codes to facilitate the transfer of in-app virtual coins between user wallets. We do not capture or store any photos or videos.
• Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your mining status, rewards, and account activity.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
